How does the REFLECT360 technology work?
Our REFLECT360 range uses millions of tiny, highly reflective glass beads embedded in the fabric surface. When a vehicle's headlights hit the material, the beads reflect the light back to the source, making the wearer appear bright white to the driver.
What are your shipping rates and delivery times?
We offer standard and express shipping worldwide. Domestic orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days, while international shipping can take 7-14 business days depending on the destination and customs processing.
Can I return or exchange an item if it doesn't fit?
Yes, we offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached. You can initiate a return or exchange through our online returns portal for a refund or a different size.
Are Proviz jackets waterproof or just water-resistant?
Most of our high-performance cycling and running jackets are fully waterproof with taped seams and a high waterproof rating (mm). Please check the specific product description for the exact technical specifications of each garment.
How should I wash and care for my Proviz gear?
To maintain reflectivity and technical performance, we recommend machine washing at 30°C on a delicate cycle with mild detergent. Avoid fabric softeners, bleach, and tumble drying. Always hang to dry.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
We provide a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects on all Proviz products. This does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or improper care.
